Call the hotel to book your room and inform them that you are with the Red Knights so you will receive your discount.  You are welcome to view the rooms and facilities online but DO NOT book your room online.  You will need to call to get the discount.  As of now, there is 1 sr Jacuzzi suite left and 1 jr Jacuzzi suite left for our date. The rooms in the front are the newer ones and will be best to get. Make sure you state when calling you want front rooms.  Prices are, Sr. suite $210 a night, Jr. suite $110 a night, king bed $69.95 a night, 2 queen beds $69.95. SENIOR ROAD CAPTAIN
• The Senior Road Captain shall be responsible for directing the movements of the Chapter while
traveling together in a safe and lawful manner.
• The directions and orders of the Road Captain will be followed until such a time that any problems
that may arise can be resolved.
• The Road Captain shall set up trips, check the route for detours and hazards and make arrangements
for rest stops, meals and meetings.
• He shall inform the Secretary of the proposed trips so the membership can be informed. The Senior
Road Captain shall lead the movements of a group and assign another experienced member as Tail
Gunner.
• The Road Captain shall create a ride schedule and take suggestions from the membership for trips
and rides.
• He shall do a quick safety check of all motorcycles prior to any trips, checking for worn tires, low
fluids, oil leaks, loose spokes, Etc.
• He shall inform and train new riders on Chapter riding procedures
• The Senior Road Captain may propose members to the Board to become Assistant Road Captains.
These members would require a 51% affirmative vote of the Board and will remain in that position
until removed by the Senior Road Captain with a 51% affirmative vote from the Board, or there is a
new Senior Road Captain elected.
• All Road Captains, Senior and Assistant, shall wear the 1x4 Red and Gold (Road Captain) patch on

We are going to do a test ride of the new LODD route.  As of now, it is scheduled for Saturday, January 21st @ 10:00am.  Some of us are meeting at 9:00am for breakfast at:
